The Vice-President (External) plays a crucial role in managing the CEE Club’s external partnerships, and outreach efforts. He oversees special projects as well. Internally, he provides guidance and support to the Business Managers, Publicity & Publications, and Welfare portfolios, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the club’s objectives.

The Honorary General Secretary plays a vital role, overseeing the club’s official communications, administrative operations, and documentation. As the primary point of contact for student communications, he manages outreach efforts to ensure clear and effective engagement with the student body. In addition to coordinating and scheduling committee meetings, the Honorary General Secretary provides essential administrative support to all portfolios, ensuring efficient internal operations.

The Financial Controller is responsible for managing the CEE Club’s financial planning, budgeting, and record-keeping to ensure the smooth execution of all club activities. He oversees and advices all claims from the school. Maintaining a structured financial record-keeping system, he upholds transparency and accountability in all financial transactions, allowing for responsible financial management. Through meticulous financial oversight and strategic planning, he plays an integral role in ensuring the club remains financially stable, efficient, and positioned for long-term growth.

The Club Advisor plays a pivotal role in guiding the newly appointed committee in the effective management and operation of the club, while ensuring the continuity and long-term sustainability of the club’s vision, objectives, and values. As the serving President of the previous committee, he brings invaluable experience, insight, and firsthand understanding of the club’s operations and challenges. . Through mentorship and guidance, he supports and empowers the new committee to make informed decisions, develop their leadership capabilities, and drive the club towards greater growth and success.

Business Manager

Our Business Managers liaise with sponsors and the club's corporate partners to secure sponsorships for CEE events. In addition, the Business Managers actively respond to queries and request for collaboration and other promotional events to link CEE with external companies to provide more opportunities for our students. They are also the ones behind the Exam Welfare Packs that we all know and love.
Publications and Publicity

As the Director and Assistant Directors of the Publications and Publicity (PnP) portfolio, their main responsibility is to raise awareness to all CEE Club-related activities via digital media content creations (such as this website right now ฅ^>⩊<^ ฅ) and design collaterals for events within the club, such as all the beautiful pictures and posters!
To bring joy and entertainment to our students, we reach out to professors and students with the goal of bringing everyone together under the CEE Family!
Logistics

Our Logistics portfolio work together with their subcommittee to ensure that the other portfolios get the necessary support they need - manpower, equipment, etc.
You need it, they’ve got it! Our Logistics portfolio manages CEE Club’s inventory and ensures the safekeeping of all its equipment. They are currently planning to revamp the Alumni-Students’ Corner, do come and visit to relax as it’s a very chill zone.
Welfare

Our Welfare portfolio organizes various events such as networking sessions with Industry Partners and sharing sessions with Seniors and Alumni for current undergraduate students to gain better insight into the industry.

They also assist in getting seniors and students together for mentorship as well as hold inter-racial events to liven up the CEE community.
Sports

Our Sports portfolio plans and organizes sports-related events that provide opportunities for CEE students to meet up with people from other schools. At the same time, their events’ objective is to encourage our CEE students to develop a healthy and active lifestyle.
Some exciting events under them are namely -- NTU Inter-School Games (ISG), where students get to play competitive sports against each other, as well as CEE Sports Day.

The Events portfolio is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events for the CEE community. Key events organised by the Events portfolio include the Annual General Meeting & Investiture, Subcommittee Bonding Night (SBN), CEE Day, Freshmen Welcome Week, Student Excursions, and festive celebrations such as the Chinese New Year.
Through these diverse initiatives, the Events portfolio strives to create a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive community for CEE students, contributing to a memorable and enriching university experience.
Academic Affairs

Our AAC portfolio provides CEE students with materials to help them with their studies, such as collating PYP solutions and peer tutoring sessions (Well hey, now you know who to thank for all those PYP solutions that might have saved you from finals).

They are also behind the planning of night study sessions with dedicated study spaces to pull those late midnight burning oil sessions.
